Practice in the Park

Tranquilidad wanted to whisper my name towards what You have just said and made but I stayed silent observer for a while

being pushed and provoked too far surely

I would as humanly human that feels react towards narcissistic

hidden attack

It felt horrible throughout the whole day and night

All the possible healings and Such verbal resilience

The freedom built and killed within minutes of it

I was woken up I needed more cleaning from it all

until I made all the effort to go through this pain

choosing my kind of healing and qigong again

In this new place and hot waves

with pains already in there burning my face

I believe things will heal shift will change

I took a way around

sun had no mercy on my being this time

I thought oh my is there any shelter for me in this town

I got a call when I was reaching home

instead of going for breakfast

I tried again in another side

found a Park and water with a fountain

As the city sounds and cars and workers

were so loud

I knew I need to adjust to this new kind of environment

I started from gestures of release to absorb

together with water and its rythm

after some time

I could feel my body awakening

of the chi intake healing and opening

from all these blockages that I was thrown with

after an hour of healing I became myself

I felt nothing bad anymore and nothing was bothering me

I focused on the sound of the water the smells trees

the walk was inside of it

I combined it with some movements of waving butterflies and snakes like hands

I felt even better

Going through the park so many people children animals

Each person with their own way of life

The morning practice seemed like a great paradise

Found a shelter covered with trees all around

A mountain of sand to naturally come back to my practice and take time for the wall squats in front of the miniature waterfall

A girl came with a dog named Princess that was enjoying a bath in there

A group of Young girls and boys just walked in

I thought it's getting more hot again already afternoon in there

It was time for me to finish where I was

The noisiness arrived but I was already somewhere else

reaching with my mind into a new fresh state
