Poem: Needs to Reconnect
Poem need to reconnect is about an overstressed, overworked woman, who cannot get the troubles of the world out of her head.
Need to Reconnect
Lost in the world's rush.
The pressures of life crushing
My soul, it is starting to rust.
If I give more time
I will turn into dust.
I need to recharge
I need to reconnect!
Reconnect to the inner-child.
Reconnect to the Earth.
Reconnect to my higher-self.
Reconnect to nature.
I must do this before we completely lose my soul.
Feeling my nature turn into a cold frost
That no one knows or wants to be around.
My loved ones cannot make a sound
For fear of wounds, my words may cause.
But this is not the true me.
I am very stressed
And feel the pain of the world’s mess.
I need to reconnect!
