Sometimes we're more than friends
And sometimes I'm just a stranger to you
One minute you're talking to me as if I'm something special
And the next minute, you're talking to me as of I mean absolutely nothing to you
One day we're curled up together and you're kissing me
The next, you keep your distance and won't even come close to holding my hand
One day you pay so much attention to me
And then the day, you completely ignore me
Please...
Do not play with my feelings
Just because you are unsure about yours
It's not fair.

Bittersweet
My heart aches, I have the same heart sinking feeling in the pit of my stomach, the same one I had months ago. Tears fill my eyes all over again, remembering the drive home after that last cold conversation, I held it together in front of you, I didn't want you to see the power you came to have over me... I would not break down in front of you, but the moment I drove away, tears covered my face, and I screamed out in pain; I couldn't breathe, I felt like my heart was ripped out of my chest.
