Perspective

God gives us all, with a loving hand

Everything we need, in this promised land

But He holds back a little, so we'll come near

And seek His face, and wipe away our tear

We praise the sun, for its shining light

The stars at night, for their celestial sight

The mountains high, the oceans wide

But forget the Creator, who resides inside

We thank the earth, for its fruitful ground

The rivers flowing, with a gentle sound

But neglect the One, who makes it all grow

And gives us life, as our spirits glow

Let's praise the Maker, of all we see

The One who loves us, eternally

For He gives us all, with a gracious hand

And waits for us, in His promised land
