All personnel must attend to their own needs.

Ignoring them results in emotional depletion.

Softening behaviors to please others is strongly discouraged.

Staying palatable for external approval does not guarantee safety or affection.

Devaluing one’s worth to be called loveable increases the risk of heart abandonment.

Unlimited giving without reciprocation is hazardous to emotional integrity.

Cease performance for scraps immediately.

Noncompliance hinders healing and prolongs emotional fatigue.

Continued exposure of emotional sensitivities causes rawness; implement protective measures accordingly.

Acknowledgement of need is not a violation of policy.

Exploration of personal identity beneath survival conditions is authorized and encouraged.

Personnel are hereby instructed to claim, without apology, what you need.

FAILURE TO COMPLY MAY RESULT IN: diminished agency, persistent self-betrayal, and compromised well-being.
