Thoughts towered.

Family felt soured.

~ ~ ~

But reality spoke,

"Life is altered,

but full of beauty yet."

~ ~ ~

Heartbeat, pulse, and breath

aligned in contentment,

instead of resentment.

~ ~ ~

Present waited

for Future's caress.

~ ~ ~

He loved his lonely silhouette,

simply because he knew...

that one day...

he would perform a pas de deux

with Future's comforting grace.

~ ~ ~

When time acquiesced,

he'd be pressed deep

into another soul,

molded into the gold

that he finally knew that he was.

It's about walking through the open door and seeing how beautiful it is on the other side 😊❤️✨

This is stunningly poignant. There's a quiet acceptance in the loneliness, but also a deep yearning that doesn’t feel desperate—just certain, like the future will bring the right partner in time.
