Perfect

All That Goes Unseen

By Thor Grey (G. Steven Moore)Published 5 years ago 1 min read

Perfect

February 4, 2011

Strange, no question

Dazed, distracted

Supporting a cloud

Yet perfect

Out of this world

Yet down to earth

Dream of far away

Yet close to home

Odd façade

Given off

To seem…

Perfect

Can you see

This is the place

We’re as perfect

As a cracked mirror

Bad luck for

Several years

They say

Yet perfect

Strange, but special

Not fitting in

With our own standards

Can we live…perfect

Being perfect is

Not at all a

Challenge

…perfect

Being as it is

Can there be perfection

In a world so cruel

I’m a simple fool

For anyone to believe

Otherwise

Would just be

Perfect…

I may never be the

Perfect guy but

I’ve tried and this

Is where it’s gotten me

I may never be the

Perfect child but

I’ve tried and this

It’s where it’s gotten me

I am

Perfect

I am right

You are perfect too
