Peanut Butter Brownie
A memory from my father
School would often make me frown
But, on Peanut Butter brownie day it would turn upside down.
Like Stanley on pretzel day the treat made it easy to bare
The terrible place that brings me despair
Because of allergies
Some could not enjoy
But for me
I had more treat to bring me joy.
Some say it's selfish.
Some say it's rude.
But I enjoyed my peanut butter food.
Like the peanut butter baby
I could over do
My love for my peanut butter foods.
Now as a father I love to enjoy with
My child, my daughter in my simplistic Joy.
Together we enjoy my childhood treat
My love comes full circle and my life is now complete.
