Angel of the west, oh, your searing heat and glorious winter light. I will miss you and your grocery store celebrity, your adamant swooning dream of ease. All the facsimile, the simulacra, echoes of real happiness and true happiness intermixed. Swaying palms and perfect dusk, the sun has set on you for now but the halo will always remain bright, just above the sea. Calling... calling... Call me when you get a public transit system.

Hello, and welcome. I am new here, and will try to have a selection of work up shortly. I have poetry and excerpts from fiction that I am looking forward to sharing with you, along with my own photography to accompany it.
