In life's recurring pattern, we frequently find,
That patience is a virtue, rare and pure,
A calm strength, a guide in the brain,
Directing us through trials we should endure.
Through blustery oceans and skies of dim,
patience remains as our undaunted aide,
A consistent hand to assist us with tracking down our direction,
What's more, act as a guide in the most obscure tide.
With patience in our souls, we figure out how to see,
The magnificence in the pausing, the beauty in the postponement,
For each second is a gift, an opportunity to simply be,
Also, in the tranquility, we discover a real sense of reconciliation en route.
So let us learn to cultivate this precious art,
For in patience lies the way in to a quiet heart.
