Parents, the ones who guide us

Through life's winding roads

From the moment we're born

Their love, a constant abode

They teach us right from wrong

And show us how to be strong

Through their words and actions

They guide us, all day long

They're our first teachers

And our first friends

They shape us into who we are

And their love never ends

They're there to catch us when we fall

And to celebrate our wins

They're the ones who know us best

And the ones who always grin

Parents, the ones who love us

Unconditionally and true

Their love is the foundation

That helps us make it through

So let us honor and cherish

The parents in our lives

For the love and guidance they give

And for the sacrifices they strive.
