Panic Attack(spoken over Krazy instrumental-Tupac)

Panic Attack is a short spoken word poem to encourage.

I am not mad at Nicki Minaj,

I rock with Candace Owens

It’s dangerous to tell the truth

Wise words go in and out of a fools ears

Weak vessels are off put by tones of rebuke

I remember being lost and exhausted

on that dark windy road

Sudden impact bells ringing, concussion

I only what’s for me,

I try to keep my nose clean

You’d be surprised what I’ve amassed by bluffing

After my encounter at the crossroads

a part of me had to die to prevent a war

Do you remember when Tony killed Tony?

After I was broken and then made whole

Trauma, triggers and tragedies

inspired me to write my story

For awhile, life was unpleasant

God is good all the time

Right now, I am having a blast

If you’re going through hard times

Keep your head up, beloved

Eventually, this too shall pass
