Pang

Acrostic poem challenge

Splenomegaly warrants leukemia suspicion

I lay on my side clenching my fingers and toes

Long hallowed needle invades my hip bone

Extracting marrow from my grimaced compliance

Nurse ordered pain reliever alleviates nothing

Core biopsy robs my speaking abilities

Eternity of pang equals six hours and counting

Marilyn, this is nice. You loved my poem "My spouse passed away" but you did not comment. Will yuu comment on that poem please?

If this is your reality, I hope you're doing okay. This was an acrostic to make your reader i.e. me, squirm and reflect.
