Do you really think that they are C H I L D R E N
Or were they stirred and bubbled from a C A U L D R O N
Beautiful as Babies, terrors as Tots
Painted Teenagers with tempers hot
You love them, wanna return them, yet, without them life is pure doldrum!
..................................................................................................................
This world is fast becoming a great big melting pot
For the young, and the not so young, I worry quite a lot
We must make them see a future life
Where beauty still lives, not terror and strife
Remind the young that no matter what, they are the cream of the crop.
