"0.5 Seconds to Forever | Faster Than a Heartbeat"

💘✨ A Poetry & Short Story ✨💘

Poetry: "Faster Than a Heartbeat" ❤️🔥

Verse 1:

A glance, a spark—just half a breath,

A storm inside, a dance with fate.

No time to think, no fear, no death,

Just love that struck… and now it’s late.

Verse 2:

The world stood still, yet raced ahead,

A heartbeat skipped, my soul took flight.

In 0.5, my heart just bled,

And now I’m lost in love’s sweet light.

Verse 3:

No slow descent, no cautious fall,

Just lightning striking, fierce and true.

One look, one touch—I lost it all,

And yet, my love… I’d choose just you.

💞 "Some loves take years to build, but ours? It took less than a second to destroy me." 💞

Short Story: "0.5 Seconds to Forever"

Chapter 1: The Collision

The café was loud, but time stopped the moment he walked in.

Lena wasn’t the type to believe in love at first sight—until it hit her like a train.

One glance. Half a second. A sharp inhale.

And suddenly, the world rewrote itself.

His eyes—golden brown, like autumn leaves catching fire—locked onto hers. A smirk played on his lips, as if he knew the chaos he’d just unleashed.

"Oops," she thought, gripping her coffee cup tighter. "I think I just fell in love."

Chapter 2: The Freefall

His name was Kai.

And in the next five minutes, Lena learned three things:

He was a musician.

He had a laugh that felt like sunlight.

He also felt the 0.5-second earthquake.

"You felt that too, right?" he asked, leaning closer. "That… whatever that was?"

Lena’s pulse roared in her ears. "Felt what?" she teased, but her traitorous fingers trembled.

Kai grinned. "The universe going ’oh shit’ when we looked at each other."

She choked on her latte.

Chapter 3: The Aftermath

Love wasn’t supposed to be this fast.

But here they were—two strangers, now tangled in a whirlwind of stolen kisses, midnight texts, and a love that burned too bright, too soon.

"This is insane," Lena whispered one night, tracing his jawline. "We barely know each other."

Kai caught her hand, pressing it to his chest. "My heart recognized yours in half a second. What else is there to know?"

💖 "Some loves take a lifetime. Ours took a heartbeat." 💖

Chapter 4: The Forever

Years later, at their wedding, Kai whispered:

"Remember our 0.5 seconds?"

Lena smiled. "I still can’t believe you made me trip into love."

He kissed her, slow and deep. "Best stumble of my life."

And just like that—faster than a heartbeat—their forever began.

Final Words:

💌 "Love doesn’t care about time. Sometimes, it only needs half a second to last a lifetime." 💌
