When the moon is full

Near Halloween one late night

Unless you are a fool

You should be full of fright

A tortured person howls

As they become a raging beast

Beware the creature that prowls

About on the lonely streets

When werewolves roam about

Searching for fresh meat

Make sure beyond a doubt

That you they do not eat

You can only hurt them

With a weapon of silver strong

From them you should run

Or they will do you wrong

They will rip you limb to limb

Just to eat the juicy parts

It’s a situation grim

A form of evil art

So on a night the moon is full

beware of creatures mean

There is just one grisly rule

Don’t mess with a supernatural being
