On the wall

(and dying fiction) poems

By Kaloriinn MasonPublished 5 years ago 1 min read

just a shadow on the wall

simple little text and call

mechanical world

mechanical works

dancing for happiness

little quirks

shadows swallow

the soul

everything you know

forsaken

unforgiven

such a jerk

empty hole upon the wall

should feel nothing at all

beckoning happiness it’s own

changing everything to ruin

it’s toothy maw a smile

takes a happy little bite

fade away

wilt away, doom

nothing good is born

when a shadow

leaves his room

Kaloriinn, James. Mason

Dying Fiction:

all the people

sitting silent

not a word

to be spoke

a fictional room

of drowned souls

so real

a digital touch

connection

faded

of hearts

once shone

now serrated

shadows fall

over false night sky

the living dead

inside

give no rise

with no word at

all, ends

Kaloriinn, James. Mason

sad poetry
