You're the brightest star up in the sky
You're the thoughts that keep me up at night
You're why any struggles are worth the fight
If I was left with nothing
I'd be proud and happy; and instead of being lost, I'd be pushing and shoving
Like a diamond in the rough, the silver may age to rusting
But honestly our love is worth the trusting
