Of Man

A man who is noble,

Has a generous mind,

A man who pursues in doing good,

Is the wisest and happiest of all,

A man who holds his heart in his hand,

Make’s another’s faith strong,

For the nature of man is limited,

While the desire of man is infinite,

A man should seek praise for his work,

Then stray from judgement for his appearance and words,

A man should not forget,

That it is not what he has or what he can do,

Which makes one a man,

But what he is,

That determines a man’s worth,

Even how a man makes a situation,

Not the situation that makes a man.
