Oder, oops - Ode To My Little Toe
What Doesn't Kill You...Enjoys Your Tears
Thank you, little toe, for all the little things you do:
Like how you warn me, last minute, of the coffee table, making me scream, "BOO HOO, HOO, HOO, HOO!"
Thank you for making trimming you, such a quick and easy task,
and for snagging all my socks, keeping the fabric, from getting past.
Thank you - for reminding me, when my shoes are getting tight,
and then - throbbing, like a *&#!@, into the middle of the night.
Hats off to your ability to detect when a storm is on the way,
and for being so deformed, you're like an object on display.
I don't know how you manage to keep up with all you do,
hanging off my flip-flop and cramming in my shoe.
With such delight you show me, just how much you love me too,
maybe we should change your "wee, wee home," to; "Hey mom, "Fu*# you - too!"
Ya nasty bugger -

Bahahaha. Love it.
Great job, from the title, to the subtitle and right on through to the last line!
Love it! I can just see you reciting this for a crowd of friends just hanging out.
LOL - thank you!
๐๐๐All Smiles- Great job๐ฏ๐ฅโ
omg, this is HILARIOUS.... I've had more surgeries on that (expletive) little toe but never broke it. that privilege was reserved for the middle toe. broke the (expletive) thing THREE times!! With all the aches and pains in the foot, your poem made me laugh. Thank you. It's a good reminder that we can laugh at our own clumsiness.
Omg ๐๐ this was too good!
