Ode to the God of Beauty
O God of beauty, you come from the depths of heaven
O God of beauty, you come from the depths of heaven.
Or the depths of the earth? Your gaze, divine and sinister,
Pouring good and evil together without distinction.
No wonder people compare you to a cup of water.
Your eyes contain both sunset and dawn.
You are like the dusk of a thunderstorm, fragrant with fragrance.
Your kiss is a charm, your mouth is a wine jar-
You can make a hero weak and a child bold.
Do you come from hell, or descend from the stars?
Fate, like a dog, follows your petticoat.
You sow joy and calamity as you please.
You rule over everything and are not responsible for anything.
You tread on the dead and mock and insult him.
In your jewelry: "terror" is the pearl that catches the eye, and "murder" is the pearl that catches the eye.
And "murder" is also your precious little ornament.
The dance of lust is dancing on your proud belly.
The dizzy mayflies fly towards you, the candle.
Burning while praising and blessing the candle flame.
The lover panted sharply and leaned down to his love.
As if the dying caress their graves.
O God of beauty, thou great, terrible, innocent demon!
If only thy bright eyes, thy slender feet, and smiling face
Open for me the "infinite" which I admire and do not know, -
What does it matter if you are from heaven or hell?
Whether you are sent by Satan or sent by God.
My only queen - with eyes like velvet.
O nymph represents rhyme, fragrance, and light.
But please you reduce a little the ugliness and heaviness of the world!
