Ode To Nature

i was walking in you when i found you in me

flowers in my

skull

blossom with every thought

we grow

and when it rains,

it storms

we flow

down a river

into an endless sea

of continuity

waves

are my balance

my emotions the tides

we rise, we crash, we lift up to you

the full moon

where I lose myself

dreaming; wild in the night

strip my clothes

beneath the stars; darkness; dreamers

flawless; you

celebrate with me

where all are welcome

to just exist, to be

free

in a world so vast, i

give myself away gratefully –

I, thank you, for this is life

birds and the bees

a primal instinct

pulls me so i go –

i’ve always gone to you

sitting quietly again

i root myself in you

so i can feel like me,

and the wind blows

and the trees grow…

and so i go
