Odds, a mystery, a game of chance,

An unpredictable dance,

A probability, so hard to measure,

Yet it determines life's greatest treasure.

Some say luck's on their side,

Others, fate, they cannot hide,

But odds, they rule with a firm hand,

The outcome, it is always at hand.

In life and love, in work and play,

Odds are always there, come what may,

But we can influence, with our choices and deeds,

The odds of success, it's what one believes.

So when the odds are against you, don't despair,

With effort and determination, show that you care,

For the odds can be overcome, with will and might,
