Due to our arrogance, a large number of judges do not even realize that not only judges but also many other people are respected in the society and their reputation in their respective fields does not need any introduction but The attitude of most of the judges in the court is like ridiculing every servant, a former Chief Justice treated not one but many eminent people No one looked well. I think this is a kind of contempt of court. I am saying contempt of court because a judge who does not have the dignity of his office commits contempt of court. We can do it, but the tragedy is that 90% of our judges bow their heads and hide their heads after retirement. It is difficult for them to deal with ordinary people except in certain circles. Some of the suppressed stories that people are afraid to tell during their service, not only come to the fore but also many new true and some false stories. However, the new Chief Justice has been sworn in and has said that his decisions should be challenged, not the judges. It is said that judges speak in their decisions. Their decisions are a reflection of their personality. How is it possible for you to comment on a decision and protect the judge who made the decision from this criticism? Of course I will say something about a recent decision.

I have always said that our justice system is purely class. The holy people of this country, the courts protect their interests and ordinary people like me who are considered nothing more than insects in this country, who can't even be a good lawyer, will be heard by a judge. Not even when holy people always succeed in getting their own lawyer and decision of intent. The courts stand before them with their hands tied. Nothing can spoil them. The recent decision of the Supreme Court regarding Judge Faiz Issa has openly endorsed my point. Referring to Pak, he said that we cannot back down in any way in the face of his orders. A judge like other people and government officials is held accountable for his mistakes and omissions. The content of the complaint must be clarified in the Supreme Judicial Commission as it is very important to protect the reputation of a judge and the judiciary. There is no weight in the argument that 184/3 does not apply. Justice Faiz Issa, like other government employees, is required to provide details of his and his family's assets. Judges in India and Canada also had to resign after inquiries into their involvement in trade and business matters.

According to the judges who wrote the dissenting notes, an unsatisfactory situation has arisen, which may give the impression that the court has adopted different criteria for one of its own persons in the process of delivery of justice. Due to being held at the highest position in the society, the elite class is a part of it. Failure to reveal the truth while investigating the allegations against him is a violation of his orders. But all this is in a different note. Those who made the decision must have said a lot in favor of their justice. They must have risked everything to save their partner. It is a feature of our justice system that we have evidence of every right and wrong deed and our judges accept the argument of their own will by forgetting it. ۔ Asking such holy people is tantamount to accepting hell. In this country, you can complain about it. They are afraid to say anything about the judges that they have kept the contempt of court law for their own protection. They have forgotten that there are people in this country who are only afraid of it and do not care about anyone else.

Prior to the ruling, our judiciary was ranked 130th out of 139 countries in the world. Hopefully, after this decision, the reporters will raise the status of Pakistan to 139. But we do not care. We have not felt any shame before and we will not feel any shame after going to 139. I am not a student of law but I believe in the best moral values ​​in any society. In any civilized society, if a judge has such serious allegations against him, then morally he either resigns himself or at least goes on leave to be effective during the inquiry.Avoid the accusation of being and if the accusation is not proved then it is possible to return honorably. Civil society there also creates conditions in which the judge is fully accountable. But in our case, everything is silent. Habib Jalib has told the truth,
