Notice Me

Do you ever feel unnoticed? Is there someone you like or love that doesn't noticed you? Don't spend so much time dwelling on it, you'll only drive yourself crazy. Be brave. Ask them how they feel. Tell them how you feel.

When will you notice me?

When I'm gray and old?

I thought we had a connection but now I'm confused

You say you like me but there is always an excuse

When will I stop thinking of you?

Known you for years, you've been around but always reappear

I thought we had something, something we could start

Fate I know will play a part

Till then I'll wait, sit back, and think

You cross my mind multiple times

The thoughts drive me out of my mind

I don't want to seem over barring or too much

So, I'll sit back and wait till you reach out

I sound crazy, I know I do

I'm waiting on something that could never come true

Yet you cross my mind all hours of the day

Why won't this feeling just go away?

Daily prayer goes out to you, your family, and children too

I guess I just want a man so bad, that you are closest to what I thought I had

So, I'll sit here like a fool and twiddle my thumbs

I'm always quick to rush in and ruin the fun

I need to be careful because I will never know if you are meant to be the one

You can't just rush something or jump right in, but these thoughts are circling again

Give me strength to pull through

I know I can do this with or without you

Please stop this thinking of him all the time

Wondering if I even cross his mind

It is all bizarre how I feel, I only met the man once this year

Yet I feel there could be something as crazy as it sounds

Help me to have patience with this situation all around
