My heart was yours to find
Unexpectedly and unknowingly
By an unseen force
Guiding you my way
Creating a stirring within
Bewildering us in its magnitude
Forgotten lifetimes spent
Harmony beyond compare
Love’s vibration eliminating our despair
We fell in love with such ease
Comfort, joy and laughter
Like a sweet-scented morning breeze
Enchanting its closed buds
Ushering them to open up and bloom
Awakening both our spirits
That had slept unaware
In our present life’s mundane slumber
We questioned one another
Deciphering this unforeseen union
Baffling us yet nourishing us
I sense you in trouble
I sense you in pain
I sense you in separation
I sense you in passion
We speak in the same breath
Hearts beating as one
With all the madness around us
Taking over our lives
No matter what comes our way
My love for you thrives
It overcomes the distance
Waiting for our meeting point
Placing us in divine harmony
