Not Everyone will understand you
And learning to accept that brings peace.

Not everyone will be able to "get" you, and that's okay.
After a while, you learn that not everyone sees you the way that you would like to be seen.
Others might take your actions the wrong way, re...
At first, you may want to defend yourself, to clean everything up.
But over the years, you learn that you can't
Give these things a second thought
And you cannot dictate how others see you.
Then, instead of expending all of your energy trying to make everyone ''get'' your point of view,
You start to drop that, too....
You find peace in the realization that not everyone needs to get to know the real you, and that is ok.
