“Non-Materialistic Statistic”

In disgust.. I pear at all my belongings, tears arise.. feelings we’ve all been longing. Identifying each materialistic items recent use, highlights a sickened “I” world of pure abuse. Humbled yet stuck in a trance, “What’s come of our world?”.. can’t we all just dance?”.

Eyes too big for our stomachs.. bit off more than you can chew, thrown in the garbage.. “I’m only hurting a few”, now do me a favor.. open up your heart and let that thought stew.., do the math and "Yeah... woah..." exponentially it just grew.

Not a mathematician.. I'd say more so a musical musician, enlightened and arriving at a concrete decision, and that is that our answers just don’t exist in organized religion.

Beyond the veil of what we call “Earth”, lies a heaven for all.. regardless of girth.. or even materialistic worth, bare naked and raw.. like we all were at birth.

As the end draws near, the weak will break and reach out for a beer, flip it in drive duh.. you’re in the reverse gear, “I know I’m pretty”.. but do you really want to stare at my rear?, so hand out-come here-my dear.. let me help you steer.

About the Creator

Tyson Mendenhall

"Music and song-writing has been the only way for me to fully express anything that I've ever thought and everything that I've ever felt. Every walk of life is uniquely difficult, here's my story. I have a big heart, like The Grinch!"
