I wish I was as good at this life thing as some people.
It’s as if maybe I’m just not hardwired for it.
Just a little too different to really work through it like everyone i so obviously fail to mirror.
Not that I want to be just like them.
I just see how easy it would be.
Simplicity of a brainwashed mind.
Always doing as told.
Yes sir.
Yes ma’am.
Yes, life.
No, no life.
Not life.
Not alive.
Not living.

The chipped stone slope caused unbearable footing. I slid, skirting on my heels. I cast my shield, relinquishing my guard to stay upright.
