No one likes this visitor. Ugh, go away! Loved your poem!

Insomnia is a terrible night visitor. And this was clever!

For me it is doing the old relaxation trick where you tense up each muscle then let it relax moving from head to toe, usually by the time I reach my legs I am sleeping soundly. Good luck and good job.

A few sips of beer and i am out, never half or a bottle, just sips. Quiet and complete darkness is a big winner too. that is a regular visitor to us all.

The dreams must be terrible. Not a nice thing insomnia, counting sheep does not help me. I can relate.
