New Year, New Me?

So it’s the NEW year...

New clouds,

New rain,

But what should I do when it comes to old pain?

The past lust that swirls deep within,

The past touch that creeps up your skin,

However, now I’m on a NEW path.

One to achieve alone and make an Impact on the Old and Forgotten..

But honestly, my mind and heart aren’t two.

They’ve got there different reasons to why I am confused

So should I leave him in the past, for him to just thrive and blossom throughout the summer year ahead?

Or accept his faults and re-act his faults to score evenly?

And blossom throughout the summer eventually alongside him ...

Who said a New Year wouldn't Bring back Old decisions?
