New Hope
A Quadro-Haiku

Warm and orange glow
Worries were set on fire
Reduced to ashes
~~~~~
Dandelion wind
Ashes floated among them
Bones were left behind
~~~~~
The ground swallowed it
To burn in the depths of hell
Deep Earth's core
~~~~~
Clouds' dams burst open
The rain blessed the fertile soil
Tiny leaves emerged
~~~~~
Author's Notes:
Sometimes when things get too overwhelming and your anxiety is sky-high, take a deep breath and set your worries on Fire, figuratively. Together with the Air and the Earth, you will see it disappear. And finally with some Water, a New Hope is born β€οΈ

An incredible liberation from the bonds that hurt and consume our flesh. First the flame, then the ash, and finally the water. A journey of rebirth.
'Worries reduced to ashes', how wonderful would it be, if our worries were reduced like that. Reading this line almost brings it to fruition like a prophecy. 'Dandelion wind' π² even though I can't see the wind I can see its personified dandelion in its place. Oh so beautiful, I remember one floating through my window the other day. Growth in the last haiku. A beautiful sight and a wonderful devotion to it. Your A/N in this was so comforting. 3 years later and it's still working it's magic. I absolutely loved this. I can see how fire, air, earth and water can bring about a new hope. Thank you! β€οΈπ€

A quadro-haiku is a potent remedy! The elements can offer us so much healing and for that, I am truly grateful. Great theme and slamming lead photo!
You are too good, Dharsheena! So grateful for you. Even for providing comments. You bless me so much. Thank you.
You are so good. You blow me away with your writing
I really like the elemental energy threaded into this poem, and the optimistic note of rebirth at the end, after the destruction and emptiness. Seems almost cyclical in nature. Nice writing!
This was well deserving of a top poem. Congrats. Happy New Year.

I love the imagery of this piece! It's breath taking and inspiring! I could literally feel myself taking a breath and setting my worries aflame, just as you said!!
Elemental mindblow, that's pretty epic. Has such a strong roll-along.
The imagery you used in this poem is beautiful, whimsical and magical. I love the incorporation of all the elements and how they link together so seamlessly! Breath taking!
This is right on time! Many, myriad thanks.
Hope is the best π
This is very good and I'm going to have to come back to it several more times before I can take it in fully. Like all really good poetry there's more here than a first reading can digest.
Lovely one Dhar.
