Never Judge Before Know Them

This world has been so broken in years…

It was toxic—

It was chaotic—

and it was cruel…

I only wish people could understand it more the better-

So….

To whom I may have concern-

When someone is in the dark place—

including myself —-

with grief,

felt hurt,

felt unseen,

unheard,

having crisis,

impulsivity,

‘Or all of the things have been combined at the same time—

listen!

Stop judging them!

Check in with them!

ask them—

‘are you okay?”

’what’s wrong?”

”What has been troubled you lately “

Whatever you do—

‘Do NOT panic!

Do NOT ghost them!

Just listen!

Give them time.

Be patient with them…

You should never judge or shaming them-

‘You never know who’s been going through…

Be kind!

Please…

Never judge before know them.
