Never Heard of Bjork

Icelandic Incident Inhibition

Bjork by crAIyon.com

if it’s ten twenty nine in LA

it must one twenty nine in New York

how can you say you like the Sugar Cubes

and then say that you’ve never heard of Bjork

half a country or half a world

everything and everyone so far away

imagine if you could get here by tomorrow

and still be right here right now today

if it’s eighty eight degrees in LA

it could be anything in New York

shaking the front of your bum while dancing

will be affectionately called a twork

we can name anything we want what we want

we have and will continue to do so

it’s a blend of déjà vu and fait accompli

dissembled it resembles an amateur poo throw

if it’s eyes wide shut in LA

it’s look at what i cannot see in New York

and i should happen to sew my lips shut tight

perhaps i’d mumble and not be able to talk

i can encase one hundred words or more

in some lipstick a laugh and some lies

i can wrap and stack, squeeze and pack

because everything comes down to size
