It was a long time coming they got there in the end from filthy rags to riches their hearts on the mend
Life wasn’t always easy it wasn’t always great they did it hard for years to put food on their plate
It pays to be persistent you really must believe that desires and wishes you truly will receive
Some days awfully hard to put a smile upon their face it may have taken years but all fell into place
They welcomed in each year believing dreams come true never giving up hope that’s what you have to do.
