S- Sitting or standing they come around

T- Thoughts that create more images, was that a bird?

R- Racing through my mind non-stop, what was I doing?

A- Annoying thoughts I wish would stop, oh a butterfly

C- Counting the images I see, flower, leaf, a tree

T- Trees blowing in the wind, but why am I looking at the trees

I- I don’t remember what I was doing, standing at the kitchen window

O- On my mind goes trying to remember, then I see the dishes

N- Now I remember, my mind coming to a stand still, silly distraction.
