Natural ways to overcome social anxiety for good
The secrets to be on control of ourselves lies within us

As a person who has also battled social anxiety,i know how tiresome it can be always putting yourself in the shadows.I felt like the world was on my shoulders back then having to fight both social anxiety and BPD .My therapist told me to focus on solving the smallest problems i faced before going for the major ones ,and so i did. I know it might sound a little bit cliche but let me explain what i mean by the smaller problems,
Social anxiety might come from isolation and overthinking or most of the times from Past traumatic experiences.Always remember that millions of people across the globe also struggle with social anxiety and that you are not alone .The first step is to be willingly ready to get out of procastination and start working on yourself. Set goals for your success. LEVEL ONE;LOVING YOURSELF. To overcome social anxiety you MUST start to love yourself.

Shyness in social anxiety is a major factor which can be controlled by simply waking up daily in the morning ,looking at the mirror and convincing yourself that you are good enough and other people opinion do not matter, LOVE YOURSELF...LEVEL TWO;MINDFULLNESS....Have meditation sessions to improve the awareness of your surrounding .This will help you . to overcome the thoughts that someone might be looking at you.
FINALLY;The last and most important step to overcome social anxiety is to face your fears.What are you really afraid of? What do you think people say about you?Who are you afraid of? What are you afraid of? Go out and hang out with someone you trust ,talk to them about your social anxiety while outdoor.Answer to them all the questions listed above.Go to the gym sometimes.Start conversations with people you buy items from..Do not stop spending much time outdoor even if it is tiresome. I promise change will show up..and ALWAYS REMEMBER YOUR WORTH,LOVE YOURSELF.
