Naked and Alive

Into Our Mother's Arms

Into our mothers arms we're born

Alive and breathing

On a course for the unknown

Searching for what love had meant

We’d find ourselves

Caught up

In passion’s scent

All of the loneliness

We’ve encountered

Mask of relations we cannot peel

Misspent times

Over right and wrong

While yesterday

Seemed to last so long

We wait, patient for tomorrow

Yet when we wake

It's only today will know

Pray here now

For some peace of mind

As we aspire

Naked and alive

Just breathe in

'Cause it's easy

Just breathe out

To know you can

Seed of life

Been hard to follow

When we’re naked

Lost again

Just breath in

Prodigal to familiar places

We are the will of life we choose

Love lies weekend in the shadows

Of pain

One definition is

It is all just a shame

We're all just the same

We the keepers to all conspired

Stand to fight

For what we know as life

In the confines of the heavens

Gazed upon illusions

In these fears

We’ve yet to face

Images of this world created

All will ever be — must

Rise to stand as one

Here we come

Where were you

When we swallowed

Pill of life

We’d barrow

To get through

Wandering souls in the fields

Fighting battles under sunsets

We can’t feel

We are the masters

Of all that be

Mass destruction our symphony

Farewell

Count the fruits

As they’ve lived and died

Where’s compassion

In these wars

Why must we weep

Welcome to the human race

I hope we all will still be here
