Mysterious Woman You Are

Exploration of a being

By Rowan Finley Published 6 years ago 1 min read

Mysterious woman you are,

Brilliant like a radiant star.

Universe wrecked in the best of ways;

Your movements cause my eyebrows to praise.

It's alright if I never understand your motives,

You aren't the traditional type like red roses.

Quirky and intriguing, surely I'll never be bored,

When I found you, I definitely scored!

If only I could speed read your tapestry of a mind,

But maybe it is best I can't, could I be better off blind?

I'd sure enjoy resting in the hammock of your psyche,

Because sometimes your replies are inexplicably spiky.

    This is such a fun and captivating piece! That last line had me grinning—she sounds like a true enigma! Who's she though? (I know you won't tell me) Lol
