As much as my friends told me to leave you
I stayed, thinking I was different
Different enough to make you change
Of course I didn’t listen
I made excuses for you
Knowing that they didn’t make sense
Everyone saw what I was doing
I was bringing my self to an end
I compromised who I was
Just to make you feel whole
Thinking we were going to go the distance
When having hoes were your goals
Going through your phone is irrelevant
It’s written all over your face
You look so dull when you look at me
I know someone has taken my place
About the Creator

I feel like poetry are the things that we want to say but society will look at us weird for the feelings that we have about something or someone, to make it easier for ourselves and others we just put it in writing.
