My Soul in Pain
A poem born from a time when my feelings felt too heavy to share — my quiet way of being seen.

My soul is in pain — a sorrow I cannot share with you.
My heart is heavy with the weight of feelings I suppress.
I need to cry — to cry so hard it could tear the world apart.
I weep unseen, for no one wishes to see my tears.
I grieve a grief that haunts me every day.
I am a lost little one,
who lost herself somewhere within her own pain.
