My Serendipity

The Silence of Waiting

By ParvathyPublished 3 months ago 1 min read

Eight billion people in this world yet somehow our hearts crossed.

How lucky am I to find you?

I must have done something great in my past life!

Maybe it was destiny that pulled us together.

Our hearts connected as we parted ways, unaware that years would keep us apart.

Time being our biggest enemy, but forgot we are warriors of love.

The stars, watching our longing, yet the wind carries the words away.

Across seven oceans,

I found my happiness.

The sweetest voice that calls my name.

The gentlest soul that cherishes my heart.

Nothing stands between us, not distance, not time, only death.

We don’t share the same dawn nor rain, yet our hearts crossed.

Though years may keep us apart, I trust fate will bring us together.

I found my Serendipity.
