MY MEDITATION

I meditate within my heart with a prayer before I start. I hear the bird's singing in the trees which put's my mind at ease. I hear chaos in the world all around me but the tunes of His creation surrounds me. So I block out the nonsense in my conscience, and I find myself flowing like water. Like a new born baby I put my mind in a easy place. like looking at the creator's face. So bright my heart is sunny. So I delight in that peace of mind with no worries. I think about my ancestor's stories, how their shame turned into glory, and I inherit their strength. I see the trees bowing down in admiration as the wind meets their leaves. Life is all around, I feel it on my face with a breeze. I wouldn't ask for much but give me my love and my freedom please. I have tender needs. I am thanking you up above for all the simple gifts that was sent to me. Who has the time to hate all day that takes too much energy. I am considering love mentally, and physically that brings a better feeling to me more than ecstasy. let me have loyalty and unconditional love next to me. Hello world I am a mini universe through the spirit. So welcome inn. My meditation looks deep within the doors of my soul. I sense your presence "love," come let me know if you can console me. I pay attention more when time is moving slowly. So details are magnifying my human senses. My rendition of the world is pretty vivid, and accuracy always captures my attention. I imagine a place full of lights that illuminates the darkness all around so that nothing is hidden. I keep an open mind when I am thinking so that nothing is missing or forgotten. My meditation is something you couldn't understand fully even if you thought it. But it's ok be yourself anyway. I can only be me. Deep like the sea is how I am rocking. while i am walking I let the energy all around me do the talking and i'm ok with that.!!!
