"My Life..My Rules"

Freedom And Self Determination

By zulfi buxPublished about a year ago 1 min read

In the calm sunrise where dreams take off,

I cut my way in the delicate morning light.

With each forward-moving step, the world falls away,

I'm the expert of minutes, no matter what.

Piles of uncertainty might ascend in my manner,

In any case, I'll move on their pinnacles, let the downers influence.

For in my heart lies a fire untamed,

A flash of insubordination, solid, unclaimed.

I weave my own story, string by string,

With shades of enthusiasm, and tints of the dead.

The chuckling of euphoria, the tears of the past,

Every memory a part, a shadow that is projected.

I'll follow the stars that light up the evening,

With dreams as my compass, I'll take off higher than ever.

The murmurs of destiny might allure and call,

In any case, I'll diagram my own course, I'll rise or I'll fall.

Every decision is a brushstroke, striking and significant,

In the material of life, my voice will reverberate.

The standards might be written in ink that can blur,

However, I'm the craftsman, and I'm not apprehensive.

So here's to the occasions, the wild and the free,

To the fights I battle, to the insights I order.

With affection as my protective layer, and trust as my safeguard,

I'll overcome the tempests, and never yield.

For in this terrific excursion, where ways entwine,

I'll live on my conditions, for this life is heavenly.

With energy as fuel, and fortitude as my instrument,

I pronounce with conviction, it's my life, my guidelines.
