My Last Breath
The poetry of a girl with mental illnesses who fell in love with a heroin addict.

As I close my eyes I reminisce
Your hand on mine
The feeling of your finger tips
But it was a lie
All of this
Goodbye to your smile
When I’d first arrive
Goodbye to the feeling that made me feel alive
Goodbye to my best friend
The one I loved most
Goodbye to my full heart
Feeling like I could float
Drifting through life
On a cloud full of hope
The cloud turned to lightening
And my tears got soaked
And u took my neck
And tied a rope
But I begged you to love me
Until my last choke
