My cheapest toy

"that's you"

My tears stained the ground because of you.

I cried silently after your betrayal.

You claimed to love and care about me.

You were never present when I needed you.

You never cared about my feelings.

My tears have already dried.

I'd like to inform you that you don't know me.

You only know what I allowed you to know.

That allowed me to recover quickly from your betrayal.

You were simply someone I put up with for fun.

You were like a dried leaf in a tree.

You were a leaf that may fall whenever the wind blew.

Crying after your betrayal was merely an act.

I have a genuine individual to live my life with.

He is my shoulder to cry on.

Someone who has never mistreated me.

My cheapest toy—that's what you were to me.
