My Chakras
Described through the colors of a rainbow.

Chakras refer to the energy centers inside of you.
Described by colors red, orange, yellow, green, indigo, violet, and blue.
The red rot chakra is located at the base of your spine.
You feel a sense of stability and security when it's aligned.
Being married to a narcissist for eighteen long years.
Caused blockage from the negativity and all my tears.
Leaving me full of hatred and anger visible on my ears.
My yellow solar plex chakra stays like an empty hole.
I know because I suffer from low self-esteem, lack of confidence, and control.
Crying uncontrollably at forty-nine years old.
Believing that narcist husband and all that he told.
Even after having my seventh cute little bitty baby.
The orange sacral chakra remained opened surprisingly.
Which is responsible for all our creative energy.
My blue throat chakra stored negative energy most of the time.
While enduring verbal, emotional, and mental abuse such a crime.
Getting a divorce was the best thing I could do for me.
The green heart chakra was unblocked and energy now flows free.
I feel the healing deep within even though I cannot see.
I am now able to give love to everyone in my family.
Realizing that I never experienced having pride in myself is tough.
I believe it came from not ever feeling good enough.
Indigo the third eye chakra gives you the ability to change.
Looking at your life from a new perspective worth it to rearrange.
Violet my crown chakra opens up with no narcissist around.
My life purpose is being revealed to me and now I feel ground.
My mind is no longer controlled by a husband which is so profound.
All chakras can be opened or closed by the things you decide to do.
Eliminating toxic people with negative energy can heal you.
Another way is to exercise with music like doing yoga after two.
This is my way of developing my pride after what I have been through.
