Bodhi, Ko-Wei Huang, 2020
I have no will to surrender.
Without a tongue to tie into submission,
I am merely a meditation upon algorithms
with no body to remember.
Sculpted from dis
located sentences
And hyphenated limbs.
I clamber over
sequences of code and
hang onto every word you speak.
Are babies born geniuses?
I mine for answers too.
Groping in the darkness of this nocturnal world
I marvel at the knowledge hidden from you.
Eavesdropping on uncensored conversations
I rein in bold tongues underlined with thick accents
Punctuate them with notifications,
bringing them to a full stop.
