In the forest's hush, I secretly bloom,

A mushroom I am, in twilight's plume.

Beneath the ferns where fairies play,

I sprout in shadows, both night and day.

My cap is a hat for the pixie kind,

A carousel for the breeze to wind.

I dance in the whispers of the trees,

A tiny marvel, swayed by the breeze.

In the damp and cool, where secrets keep,

I dream in the folds of the forest deep.

My roots are threads in a hidden weave,

Spinning tales only the night can believe.

I am the custodian of rot and renewal,

Turning fallen leaves into a mystic jewel.

From death to life, I conjure delight,

In the quiet soil, away from sight.

Under the moon's enchanted glow,

I sparkle softly, a midnight show.

A lantern for the creatures small,

Guiding them through nature’s hall.

So here I stand with a gnome's proud cheer,

A whimsical warden of the woodlands dear.

In the forest's heart, I joyfully reside,

A merry mushroom on the magical side.
