Pay attention to the broccoli,

the broccoli is the most undercooked crucifer of all.

Does the broccoli make you shiver?

does it?

Pay attention to the basil,

the basil is the most pungent herb of all.

Never forget the alliaceous and barbed basil.

The seafood that's really big,

Above all others is the calamari.

Down, down, down into the darkness of the calamari,

Gently it goes - the galactic, the banner, the important.

How happy is the cunning cheddar!

Never forget the artful and tricksy cheddar.

The vegetable that's really french,

Above all others is the artichoke.

Does the artichoke make you shiver?

does it?

A chevre, however hard it tries,

Will always be aromatic.

Are you upset by how redolent it is?

Does it tear you apart to see the chevre so fragrant?
